Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues, utilizing payer portals for claim disposition
• Analyze denial trends, recommend process improvements, and take corrective actions to ensure successful collections
• Document case activities and communicate effectively with franchise partners and internal departments regarding collection statuses

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing and collection processes across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not required
