Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activities in the system

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and systems across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus but not required
