Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the processing of Home Infusion medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and contribute to the design of training programs to enhance billing efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven knowledge of billing processes and systems for various payer types
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
