Job Summary
Focusing on accuracy and timeliness, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve collection processes while identifying additional revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to ensure successful revenue collection
- Analyze denial trends and recommend improvements to reduce DSO and bad debt
- Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activities to maintain accurate records
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
- High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
- Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques for various payer types
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined work ethic for remote work
- Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy applications
