Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, while working remotely to reduce denial rates and improve collections.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and maintain billing tickets for effective communication within the team

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in medical billing or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques for various payer types
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
