Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates
• Document case activity and communicate effectively with franchise partners regarding collection status

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in billing or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and payer systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
