Home Infusion Therapy Manager

Job Summary

To support the reimbursement activities of multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Home Infusion Therapy Manager will manage teams focused on referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while fostering a customer service-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and address performance issues
• Monitor payroll accuracy and serve as an escalation agent for resolving complaints from franchise partners or patients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
