Job Summary

To support a growing inspection team, the full-time Technical Assessor Associate will conduct home inspections, evaluate property conditions, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home inspections and assessments to determine property conditions
• Evaluate compliance with relevant codes and standards during inspections
• Prepare detailed reports based on inspection findings for clients

Required qualifications

• Home inspector certification is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
