Home State Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing general liability and bodily injury claims, the full-time Home State Licensed Claims Representative will negotiate settlements, communicate with claimants and clients, and ensure claims are processed within service expectations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate claim settlements within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Home state licensing required
• Knowledge of claims jurisdiction across all states
• Professional certification related to the line of business preferred
