Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Home State Licensed Claims Team Lead will oversee liability claims operations, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises teams of examiners and technical staff, delegating duties as necessary
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and project coordination
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Home state licensing required; New York preferred
• Knowledge of claims jurisdiction across all states
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
