Job Summary

Working remotely within the Eastern or Central time zones, the full-time Inside Property Adjuster (Homeowners) will investigate and adjust complex homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages while providing guidance to junior employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages
• Partners with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for claims
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience at the Adjuster II level or in a specialty claims position
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair, including structural integrity and home systems
• Ability to identify complex customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions
• Experience handling subrogation or fraud potential in claims
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
