Job Summary

Seeking a Homeowners Liability BI Adjuster, this fully remote position will manage complex homeowners liability claims across all 50 states, focusing on investigating facts of loss, determining coverage and liability, and mentoring junior employees.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex homeowners liability claims
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims
• Mentor and provide direction to junior employees in the claims process

Required qualifications

• Experience handling bodily injury litigation and homeowners liability claims
• Strong background in commercial claims with transferable liability and litigation expertise
• Ability to work in eastern and central time zone states
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Experience in a senior adjuster role or specialty position is preferred
