Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the coding department, the full-time Hospital Coding Supervisor will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant coding of inpatient and outpatient medical records while working remotely from eligible states.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise coding staff and conduct coding audits to maintain compliance
• Provide training and education to coding personnel
