Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor

Job Summary

Teaching up to 27.5 hours per week, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Adjunct Instructor will deliver courses on hospitality leadership, management strategy, and guest experience while preparing lesson plans and facilitating project-based learning both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and lesson plans for various hospitality courses
• Evaluate student progress and maintain records to report academic performance
• Organize field outings and participate in program improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
• At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in hospitality if the degree is not in the field
• Ability to facilitate project-based learning and assess student performance effectively
• Commitment to professional development and program improvement
• Experience in academic advising to support student growth and retention
