Hospitality Leadership Instructor
Job Summary
Teaching up to 27.5 hours per week, the part-time Hospitality Leadership Instructor will plan and deliver courses on hospitality leadership, management strategy, and guest experience, while also engaging in student support and program improvement initiatives both remotely and onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures on various hospitality topics
- Evaluate student progress and maintain records for academic reporting
- Organize field outings for student enrichment and participate in program improvement committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- At least two years of related work experience or specialized training if the degree is not in hospitality
- Experience with project-based learning and student assessment methods
