Host Growth Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Host Growth Associate will analyze listing performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and engage with Hosts through various communication channels in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze listing performance trends and identify optimization opportunities for high-potential Host accounts
- Engage with Hosts through phone calls, video meetings, and email, maintaining consistent follow-up
- Document conversations and track progress toward quarterly goals using Salesforce and other tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months in any field of study
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Experience with call-intelligence tools such as Gong and outreach tools like Mixmax
- Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Google Sheets and Tableau
