Host Growth Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Host Growth Associate will analyze listing performance, identify optimization opportunities, and engage with Hosts through various communication channels in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze listing performance trends and identify data-driven opportunities for improvement across a portfolio of Host accounts
- Engage with Hosts via phone, video meetings, and email to present performance insights and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Monitor progress toward quarterly goals and adjust outreach strategies based on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Experience with call-intelligence tools such as Gong and outreach tools like Mixmax
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
