Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of hosts, the full-time Host Operations Specialist will manage host inquiries, coordinate technical issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist hosts with everyday questions and issues related to product features and show operations
- Track and document bug reports, ensuring clear communication and follow-up with Product and Engineering teams
- Identify recurring problems and recommend actionable improvements to enhance the host experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer support, account operations, or marketplace operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot product and operational issues
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open issues
- Empathetic communication skills with hosts and internal partners
- Familiarity with Poshmark and experience with Posh Shows is a plus
