Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Hosting Specialist will manage data loading into Relativity, execute project-specific tasks, and provide first-tier support for data investigations while adhering to tight client deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Execute project-specific tasks in Relativity and Lighthouse proprietary tools, ensuring data is prepared for review
- Perform quality control checks and maintain a high sense of urgency while managing multiple projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic client-facing technical support issues, escalating when necessary
Required qualifications
- Must be based in the United States
- Associate degree (bachelor's preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Customer service background with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in computer science, statistics, or mathematics preferred
- eDiscovery experience with proficiency in Relativity is a strong plus
