Job Summary
Managing the implementation experience for enterprise hotel clients, the full-time Hotel Onboarding Consultant III will oversee onboarding for complex customers with 500+ locations, ensuring a seamless transition to Toast's services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the customer onboarding journey, serving as the primary advisor from contract signing to activation
- Oversee a portfolio of 50+ concurrent enterprise implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and managing risks throughout the onboarding process
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations (50+ projects across 500+ sites)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve customer and business outcomes
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Salesforce and Asana
- Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience
