Job Summary
Motivated to support local governments, the full-time Housing Development Analyst will provide project management and technical assistance for CDBG and HOME programs, working remotely to facilitate compliance, develop program guidelines, and manage multiple projects.
Key responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance to local jurisdictions and states for the effective use of HOME and CDBG funds
- Advising grantees on program administration, project eligibility, and compliance with HUD regulations
- Managing small- to large-scale projects and teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with ten years of experience or a Master's degree with eight years of experience in managing CDBG or HOME programs
- Knowledge of CDBG or HOME program management and related regulations
- Experience with program planning requirements, including Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans
- Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
