Job Summary

To support government projects, the full-time Housing Inspector will conduct inspections and assessments of residential properties remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of housing units to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to address housing-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property inspection or a related field
• Knowledge of housing regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with report writing and documentation practices
