HPC Kubernetes Architect
Job Summary
Operating remotely, the full-time HPC Kubernetes Architect will manage large-scale Kubernetes platforms across multiple cloud providers, provision HPC infrastructure, and oversee job scheduling to optimize GPU compute resources.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Kubernetes platforms (EKS, CKS, GKE) at scale, managing cluster lifecycle and node pool stability
- Provision HPC infrastructure through CI/CD systems across various cloud providers
- Define SLIs/SLOs, build monitoring and alerting systems, and participate in incident response and reviews
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, or HPC
- Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters at significant scale
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
- Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and EFS
- Experience with Python for tooling and automation
