HR Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting HR and business strategic direction, the full-time remote HR Analyst will collect, analyze, and report on HR data while leading projects related to cyclical HR activities and new initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including employee surveys and exit interviews
- Analyze data for trends related to attrition, turnover, and compliance with employment laws
- Prepare and present reports and business-facing presentations of data findings to HR Business Leaders
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations, reporting, compensation, or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
- Experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts, with the ability to learn HRIS software quickly
