HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the fully remote HR Business Partner will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with department leaders and the broader People Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to department leaders, providing guidance on employee-related matters and people strategies
• Provide support on employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace conflicts
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, succession considerations, and development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR support or partnership
• Demonstrated experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
