HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the Marketing & Communications team, the full-time HR Business Partner will work remotely, providing strategic guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management while partnering with senior leaders to enhance organizational health and talent strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping team building, development, and retention strategies
- Monitor and improve organizational health metrics, identifying talent trends and retention risks proactively
- Develop and implement a cohesive talent strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and developing high-caliber talent
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company, with 7+ years of overall HR experience
- Proven ability to lead talent management lifecycle processes with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing Director and VP+ level leaders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
