HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for HR-related matters, the full-time HR Business Partner will design and execute HR strategies focused on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while working onsite with the flexibility to work one day per week remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and coach managers on employee relations issues and policy interpretation
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, turnover, and promotion opportunities
- Ensure legal compliance by investigating employee complaints and applying corporate policies consistently
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of direct related HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience advising business leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Workday experience preferred
