HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support a growing business, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will lead workforce strategy and management in the US, partnering with senior leaders to align business strategy with talent needs, while building frameworks and tools for effective organizational design and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy, organization design, and talent decisions
- Own headcount budgeting and forecasting while developing continuous workforce plans across various dimensions
- Design and implement workforce planning frameworks and tools, ensuring effective execution of agreed plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner or in workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with workforce planning and organizational design frameworks, supported by strong analytical skills
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
