HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the remote HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with leaders, develop workforce strategies, and provide coaching on performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to enhance team effectiveness
• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on sensitive situations while maintaining confidentiality
• Utilize workforce data and employee insights to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in partnering with managers and leaders
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
• Experience coaching leaders through complex people and organizational matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions and competing priorities
