HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting a diverse population of employees and leaders remotely, the full-time HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted partner in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, employees, and client leaders across various locations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification required
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed employees and multiple client accounts
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices
• Prior experience working in the government contracting industry is required
