HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, the full-time role will provide hands-on HR support and business partnership across multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada, focusing on manager enablement, leave management, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering manager training to enhance managerial skills and competencies
• Manage employee leaves of absence and coordinate workplace accommodations in compliance with applicable laws
• Partner with leadership to identify talent development needs and support organizational effectiveness initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on manager development and performance management
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices in the U.S. and Canada
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Dayforce or a comparable HRIS preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or applicable Canadian HR designation preferred
