HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will manage hiring strategies, onboarding processes, and employee relations while partnering with managers to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions and interview processes
• Design and implement onboarding frameworks that ensure new hires are set up for success and integrate smoothly into the company
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and performance management, guiding managers through sensitive situations and performance concerns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist with a proven track record of making judgment calls
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview processes
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, and separations, with knowledge of US employment law
• Experience coaching hiring managers and interviewers in real-time during the recruitment process
• Proficiency with AI-assisted recruiting and HR tools, demonstrating comfort in balancing automation with human judgment
