Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Builds relationships with executives and management to identify and develop solutions for systemic HR issues
- Analyzes HR trends and metrics to partner with leaders on effective people solutions and programs
- Coaches managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI Certification
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management and employment laws
- Previous experience with organizational design and managing confidential information
