Job Summary
To support a complex global manufacturing organization, the full-time remote HR Business Partner Operations will drive business performance by shaping HR strategies, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and industrial relations across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent strategies and workforce plans aligned with business needs and production demands
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to local HR People Partners, ensuring consistent HR service delivery and organizational design
- Act as a strategic advisor to Operations leadership on performance management, organizational health, and labor relations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources within a global, industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in managing organizational change and navigating complex environments
- Demonstrated experience in Industrial Relations, including collective bargaining and labor law compliance
- Experience in leading remote or site-based HR teams
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience preferred
