HR Business Partner & PMO

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic HR leader, the full-time HR Business Partner & PMO will manage talent initiatives and oversee HR processes within the Connected Living Solutions team, partnering with business leadership to drive organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business challenges into HR priorities and strategies
• Lead strategic talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development, to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Oversee the planning and execution of annual HR processes, ensuring alignment and governance across the business unit

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR Business Partner roles within complex organizations
• Proven experience in program management and leading BU-level talent initiatives
• Strong background in partnering with functions and leadership in a matrixed, global environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities effectively
