Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote HR Business Partner V will manage employee relations, provide HR guidance, and analyze trends to develop solutions while working on a 6+ month contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units and consult with management on HR matters
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies
- Provide performance management guidance and assist with workforce planning and succession planning
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience in global or highly matrixed organizations
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills at the executive level
- Proven project management and change management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use data for insights that drive action
