Job Summary

Seeking a creative and strategic HR Communications Manager, this full-time remote position will manage HR communications, develop messaging frameworks, and enhance employer branding to effectively connect with employees and external audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a clear communication framework for HR across various channels and audiences
• Manage an integrated HR communications calendar, coordinating key messaging and announcements
• Lead change communications by crafting clear messaging for program and service updates tailored to different employee groups

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, or employer branding
• Proven ability to create empathetic messaging for complex changes
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
• Experience managing employer presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
