Job Summary
Supporting and advancing employment law compliance, the full-time HR Compliance Partner will monitor regulatory changes, draft HR policies, and conduct compliance audits while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret employment law and regulatory changes
- Draft and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience interpreting employment laws and developing HR policies and procedures
- Multi-state and Canadian employment law experience
- Experience with compliance auditing and risk assessment
- Workplace investigation experience preferred
