HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the seasonal HR Compliance Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensure I-9 compliance, and conduct employee data audits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Manage the delivery, completion, and follow-up of external onboarding document requirements
• Conduct audits and maintain organized, secure employee data while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Demonstrated business and technical acumen
• Ability to follow company policies and established processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Experience with I-9 management and document audits is a plus
