Job Summary
Responsible for auditing HR programs and practices for compliance with policies and regulations, the full-time HR Compliance Specialist II will work remotely to ensure adherence to employment standards and prepare reports for primary source verification of licensure and educational requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Audit HR programs and data to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify risks and prepare documentation to support audit findings and conclusions
- Assist in correcting compliance issues and perform follow-up audits to evaluate action plan implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Three years of directly related human resources and/or compliance experience
- Experience in a healthcare or customer-intensive environment preferred
