HR Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a thoughtful and effective employee experience, the remote HR Consultant will provide analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment, managing complex HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the employee lifecycle and recommend process improvements
• Serve as administrator for metrics and reporting tools, providing data insights to inform business decisions
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and support the design of new compliance processes

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or HR operations, with a Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience analyzing metrics and data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Ability to interact with all levels of the company and work collaboratively with various teams
