HR Consultant

Job Summary

Providing outsourced HR consulting services, the full-time HR Consultant will manage daily HR functions, including compliance, policy creation, recruitment, and employee relations, while working remotely across various client industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver professional HR consulting services and manage HR functions for multiple clients
• Perform full-cycle recruitment and maintain data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system
• Establish group benefits plans and manage the benefits administration process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• One year of HR experience
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products
