Job Summary

Providing outsourced HR consulting services, the full-time HR Consultant will manage daily HR functions, including compliance, policy creation, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while working remotely across various client industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver professional HR consulting services and manage compliance, policy creation, and employee relations for multiple clients
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and background checks
• Coordinate benefits administration and maintain data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related studies preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• One year of HR experience
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
