Job Summary
To support HR operations, the remote HR Data and Reporting Analyst will provide workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning while collaborating with HRIS and other HR teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to assess reporting and data needs, translating requirements into actionable reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports, ensuring data accuracy and validating report logic
- Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics while monitoring data quality and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with HR teams
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience analyzing HR data and developing actionable reports and dashboards
- Strong experience with Workday reporting tools, including custom reports and calculated fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience partnering with HRIS teams on system-related questions or technical issues preferred
