HR Director

Job Summary

Leading HR business partnership for the Insights organization, the full-time HR Director will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, manage a team of HR Business Partners, and shape the people strategy for a complex, global organization while navigating significant change.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end people strategy as the senior HR leader and strategic advisor to the leadership team
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior HR Business Partners, setting priorities and building team bench strength
• Shape organizational design and talent strategy at scale, including leader-level succession and managing large-scale change initiatives

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience, including significant time as a senior HR Business Partner to executive-level leaders
• Experience leading the people agenda for large, global, highly matrixed organizations through significant growth or change
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with VP-level and above leaders
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and large-scale change management
• Experience using data and insights to frame problems and drive executive decision-making
