Job Summary

Leading the delivery of employee-centered HR services, the full-time HR Employee Services Lead will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while managing a team and collaborating with various HR functions, with opportunities for remote work in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR Employee Services operations to provide timely and efficient support that meets service and performance standards
• Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure operational readiness and alignment with business demands

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in leading HR service delivery and operational reporting
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving organizational performance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR operations or shared services experience
