HR Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting a growing workforce across the western United States, the full-time HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, guide onboarding processes, and serve as a primary contact for employee relations in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Guide new hires through onboarding and compliance processes, including I-9 verification and E-Verify steps
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and support employee relations matters with sound judgment

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of HR experience with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting
• Multistate HR experience, particularly within western states
• Recent experience recruiting for high-volume or healthcare roles
• Working knowledge of employment laws across western states, including wage and hour regulations
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, preferably Paylocity
