HR Generalist

Job Summary

To support a growing HR team, the full-time remote HR Generalist will manage nuanced HR inquiries, coach managers on policy and practice, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute talent strategies and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline point of contact for managers, providing coaching on complex HR questions
• Conduct detailed inquiries with employees to gather necessary information and route cases appropriately
• Collaborate with HRBPs on performance management, annual reviews, and position management efforts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in shared services, employee relations, or HR generalist roles
• Experience in conducting inquiries and documenting findings clearly and objectively
• Strong judgment in triaging and escalating HR work based on complexity and risk
• Proficiency with Workday (or similar HRIS) and ServiceNow (or similar tools)
• Experience in an HR shared services or tiered support model is preferred
