HR Generalist

Job Summary

To support a collaborative culture, the full-time HR Generalist will partner with HRBPs to address employee relations, provide strategic HR support, and manage performance management processes, with a hybrid working arrangement available.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs to identify and resolve HR-related issues and roadblocks
• Manage employee relations by investigating workplace issues and advocating for colleagues
• Support performance management through coaching and alignment of compensation planning

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent HR experience
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee relations and talent management
• CHRP or other accredited HR certification preferred
• Solid understanding of US and Canadian employment law practices
