HR Generalist - France
Job Summary
To support HR operations across Europe, the full-time People Partner - Europe will manage the full employee lifecycle, implement HR policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from France, Poland, Ireland, or Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to address business needs and support daily HR operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local laws and maintain data integrity across HR systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in an international environment
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience specifically in France
- Proven knowledge of employment-related laws in multiple European countries
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant HR training preferred
